POLAND player Pawel Dawidowicz was mercilessly trolled for the “worst dive of all time”.
The defender played in Poland’s final Euro 2024 pre-tournament friendly against Turkey, which they won 2-1.
But he was slammed online for ridiculously throwing himself to the floor in the penalty box following a tackle from Semih Kilicsoy.
He was compared to a ski jumper amid his theatrics as others raged online.
One fan said: “The worst f***ing dive of all time.”
Another added: “Bro tryna jump in the pool.”
One joked: “Tom Daley would be proud of that one.”
Dawidowicz plays his football for Serie A club Hellas Verona, making 29 appearances last season.
Poland share a group with Netherlands, Austria and France in their Euro 2024 campaign.
They kick it off against Netherlands on Sunday and hope star man Robert Lewandowski will be fit after he came off against Turkey.
Manager Michal Probierz said: “Injury wise, Robert Lewandowski has a slight injury.
“We hope there will be no problems. Karol Swiderski sprained his ankle.
“Pawel Dawidowicz also has minor problems. I hope everyone will recover in a few days time. I’m not calling anyone new up.”
