Everything you need to know about the new Manchester United kits for the 2024-25 season
Manchester United‘s partnership with adidas will continue for the 2024-25 season, with the German sportswear manufacturer having agreed a £900 million ($1.15bn) extension to their deal with the Red Devils that will see them be the club’s primary kit supplier until 2035.
An official release date for the home, away, third and goalkeeper jerseys has not yet been announced, although fans can typically expect the kits to be launched around August time, in preparation for the new Premier League season.
There have already been various leaks for what could well be the 2024-25 shirt range, showing off what is expected to be a new sponsor in the form of Snapdragon. Indeed, United reportedly agreed a £60m-a-year world-record deal with Qualcomm Technologies back in September 2023, with a view to replacing TeamViewer for the new campaign.
So, what will the likes of Alejandro Garnacho, Lisandro Martinez and Bruno Fernandes be wearing when they feature for United next season? Footballblogzz brings you everything we know so far…
Manchester United 2024-25 home kit, release date & price
Manchester United’s new home kit for the 2024-25 season hasn’t yet been officially revealed – the confirmed release date is July 1, 2024 – but various leaks and predictions appeared prior to the conclusion of what was a disappointing 2023-24 campaign for the club.
With TeamViewer expected to be replaced by Snapdragon as the primary shirt sponsor emblazoned across the waist, social media has been a hive of activity in April, with users claiming to have knowledge of how the kit will look.
Indeed, @zouuna released a video on TikTok on April 22 that showed off what he claimed to be United’s home and away shirts, from footage allegedly taken from the EA Sports FC game. Various users on Twitter, meanwhile, have shared an image of Rasmus Hojlund in what is alleged to be the new home kit, supposedly taken from video game eFootball.
As for how much the 2024-25 home kit will cost, it is likely to follow a similar pricing pattern to last season, of around £80 ($100) for a standard adult shirt.
Manchester United 2024-25 away kit, release date & price
Details relating to Manchester United’s away kit for the 2024-25 season remain under wraps, with adidas yet to have officially released any information about appearance, release date and cost.
That said, similar to the home shirt, various kit websites and social media posters claim to have leaked what they expect to be the away offering. TikTok user @zouuna released what he alleges is EA Sports FC footage of a navy blue United away kit, with Footy Headlines showing off a similar version.
Those versions showed red and blue shirts, but subsequent leaks from Instagram page jerseyreview showed a blue away kit with white and blue instead of red, as well as a polo collar. On the base, a design featuring the letter M is overlaid.
Regarding pricing, the 2024-25 away kit is expected to retail at £80 ($100) for a standard adult shirt.
Manchester United 2024-25 third kit, release date & price
The Manchester United third kit for 2024-25 is anticipated to follow a similar colour scheme to this season’s variation, with white and red featuring prominently.
Footy Headlines have predicted that the Trefoil adidas logo will be in place on the shirt for the first time, as opposed to the traditional parallel ‘three stripes’ lines that were used on all three of United’s kits for the 2023-24 campaign.
Further leaks from The Shirt Union in May depicted a white kit with horizontal red and black stripes across the chest. As anticipated, the Trefoil adidas logo is indeed used, as is a minimalist Red Devil badge. The design is believed to be inspired by the away kits from the late 1990s.
Like the home and away jerseys, the third shirt is expected to be priced at £80 ($100) for a standard adult version.
Manchester United 2024-25 training kit, release date & price
Manchester United released their training gear for 2024-25 on June 3, 2024 and the navy-silver-red colourway leaked on Footy Headlines has been confirmed. As expected, Tezos is again the primary sponsor, having signed a ‘multi-year partnership’ with the Red Devils in 2022.
The jersey will cost £45 and the long-sleeve training top is priced at £65.
Manchester United 2024-25 goalkeeper kit, release date & price
What will Andre Onana be wearing for Manchester United in 2024-25? While there has been no official announcement from adidas or the Premier League club up to now, a blue variation has been doing the rounds on social media as a possible new-look the Red Devils will be going for.
Indeed, a full green kit was the primary choice for the No.1 goalkeeper in United’s matches in 2023-24, although there were also black and yellow options too, with three different versions likely to be available for the new season, too.
The cost of a long-sleeve Manchester United goalkeeper top is likely to be around the £90 ($112) mark.
