The Aston Villa forward has been resting and relaxing since seeing the WSL season in England come to a close, with the opportunity taken to head on a sun-soaked vacation in the Brazilian homeland of boyfriend Douglas Luiz.

Lehmann has swapped the blue skies of Rio for the grey of Europe, as she links up with the Swiss squad for the next round of Euro 2025 qualifiers. They have back-to-back games with Hungary to take in before hitting another break in competitive action.
WHAT LEHMANN SAID
Spirits are high in the Switzerland camp, but that is not always a good thing for Lehmann. She is being pestered by Hammarby midfielder Vallotto, who takes great delight in winding up her international colleague – with Lehmann admitting that said antics are “already stressing me”.

WHAT NEXT?
Lehmann is, however, “happy to be back” with her country, having reached a half-century of appearances for her nation, and will be looking to help them end the 2023-24 campaign on a high before potentially heading back across the Atlantic to watch partner Luiz in Copa America action.
