THE BIGGER PICTURE
Only two years back she was just a squad player in the Lionesses side that won the European Championship 2022, however, her performances have considerably improved over the past 12 months. Now, Wubben-Moy has revealed how several changes she’s made have helped her improve her game.
WHAT WUBBEN-MOY SAID
Speaking to BBC, the 25-year-old said, “I made small changes with things like yoga and I do more relaxation methods. I wanted to pinpoint myself as one of the best centre-backs in the league and force myself into the England team. That was something that two years ago I might not have thought was possible but it’s been such a conscious thing that I kind of knew it would happen.”

England are set to take on France in back-to-back Euro 2025 qualifying games on May 31 and June 4, however, the Arsenal player will miss the clashes as she is yet to recover from her foot injury.
