WHAT HAPPENED?
The striker has been linked with Man Utd since his breakout season at RB Salzburg in 2022, however, the move failed to materialise and the Red Devils shifted their attention to other targets, and ended up signing Danish striker Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta. Sesko’s agent, Elvis Basanovic was spotted watching on as Man Utd fell 1-0 to title challengers Arsenal.

Sesko has also been linked heavily with Arsenal this season as the Gunners continue to look for a striker to add to their already impressive squad with Mikel Arteta wanting assured firepower up top as they look to rise one step higher.

This season, the 20-year-old striker has scored 17 times in 41 appearances in all competitions and has found some great form towards the end of the season as he is currently on a six-game scoring streak in the Bundesliga. As per reports, the Slovenian has a release clause of €50 million (£42.7m/$53.9m) and clubs will likely look to sign the hitman this summer.
