- Kane has prolific season at Bayern
- Family join him on pitch to thank fans
- Says they have made them feel “at home”
WHAT HAPPENED?
Following Bayern’s 2-0 win over Wolfsburg on Sunday, a game Kane missed due to a back injury, the England captain was joined by his family at the Allianz Arena to thank supporters for making them feel so welcome since moving from Tottenham.
WHAT HARRY KANE SAID
He tweeted: “A massive thanks to our fans who have made me and my family feel so welcome and at home this season. Was great to spend a nice moment with the family on the pitch and thank our incredible home fans after a good win. We’ll look to finish on a high note next weekend. 🙌 #MiaSanMia (We are who we are).”

THE BIGGER PICTURE
While Bayern were forced to endure a trophyless season, for the first time since 2012, Kane scored more than 40 goals in all competitions and proved to be a very worthwhile recruit. The striker will hope the Bavarians can pick up some silverware next term, however, as he continues to wait for his first senior trophy.
WHAT NEXT?
Kane, who picked up the injury in Bayern’s 2-1 Champions League semi-final loss to Real Madrid last week, will hope to play in their last Bundesliga game of the season – away to Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon.
